Every company has an origin story. Ours is a board on a beach.

Scott grew up on a farm in Boscawen, New Hampshire, graduated from Johnson & Wales, and spent 30 years in the food industry — 17 of them in professional kitchens, rising to executive chef. But the board that started this company wasn't for a restaurant. It was for his wife and her high school friends, packed up and carried to the beach.

The compliments that wouldn't quit

The board came home empty and the compliments didn't stop. When your friends won't let something go, you listen. Jones Charcuterie Co. is the result: chef-built boards, cups, boxes, towers, grazing tables, and soups, made in Salem, New Hampshire, with locally sourced produce from farms and purveyors we trust.
