Soup Season: Four Artisan Soups by the Gallon

Boards may be the headline, but soup is what keeps people at the table when the weather turns. Our artisan soup collection is made in small batches and sold by the gallon — each one fills about 10 to 16 bowls, at $80 a gallon.

The four soups

Hungarian Mushroom Ale — earthy mushrooms simmered low with ale, finished with cream and fresh dill. Deep, savory, and made for dipping bread.

Roasted Red Pepper Tomato & Smoked Gouda — roasted red peppers and ripe tomatoes, blended smooth with smoky gouda melted through.

Pumpkin Butternut Bisque — silky pumpkin and butternut squash with toasted pumpkin seeds and sage. A seasonal offering, while autumn lasts.

Broccoli Cabot Cheddar — tender broccoli folded through a thick, sharp base made with real Cabot cheddar, finished with a cheddar crumble and cracked pepper.

Good to know
